Browse through our crystal flip flop products and earrings using the links along the top of the page. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply select the options to customize the item and click on the "Order" button to add this item to your shopping cart. Click on the "View Cart" button to review your entire order. When you are ready to check-out, all on-line shopping transactions are handled through PayPal’s secure connection and payment authorization process, however using and exiting or creating a new PayPal account is necessary. Proceed through check-out as directed.

All orders placed online are immediately processed and verified upon successful check-out.
All crystal flip flops and earrings are custom made upon receipt of order. Orders require 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Cancellations and order changes submitted within 24 hours of original order submission will be accepted at no additional charge. Submit written request to sales@annamaxin.com or phone 512-947-7114.
All cancellations or order changes submitted after 24 hours of original order submission will incur a 15% service fee based on the item(s) retail cost.
AnnaMaxin.com offers free shipping with any order via USPS Priority Mail. Expect delivery from time of shipment from Austin, Texas to take 2-5 days to arrive. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (AFO or PPO boxes). We apologize for any inconvenience.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card.
If you live in, or ship your order to Texas, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.
Your order will be filled as promptly as possible (please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for most orders). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
You will receive a "PayPal Order Processed" email upon placing your order. Next, you will receive an "Order Received" email once your order has been put into production. Once we ship your order, you will receive an "Order Shipped" email.
The “Order Received” and “Order Shipped” email's both include a link back to annamaxin.com to check on the current status of your order.
Please be aware that all AnnaMaxin.com merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to AnnaMaxin.com, and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further instruction.
AnnaMaxin.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not,we are happy to accept a return. Unused or unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment for a full refund, less your shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has been received for it to be processed.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom-made items.

For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well- padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your damaged package.
Refunds, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been completed.
In order to provide the quickest service, we process exchanges as 2 separate transactions. Please return the item(s) you do not want to us for a refund and place a new order. We will charge you for the new merchandise and credit your card as soon as we receive your return.
Due to the delicate nature of AnnaMaxin.com products and the semi-precious stones and crystals we use, some damage may occur during the life of the product. Every order of crystal flip flops includes a repair kit with extra crystal – expect normal wear and tear over time. In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we make every effort to keep that cost as low as possible.

Upon receipt of your repair, we will email a confirmation and inform you of any repair costs. We require 2-4 weeks to process all repairs. If a fee is involved, payment must be received before we can ship your item.
When possible, AnnaMaxin.com will try to accommodate any custom changes to our designs. Email us your request at sales@annamaxin.com. Additional charges may apply. All sales involving custom work, regardless of how minor the change(s), are considered final. We cannot accept any returns, even within our usual 30 day return period.
